There is a reset button on the back of the player; use a non-metallic pointing object such as a toothpick to press the button, and that will rest your player. There do not seem to be any online manuals for the Eclipse so it may be a good idea to go back to where you purchased it and ask them how to operate the system.
It is a product that seems to have a few trouble shooting issues but very little available solutions.
A customer support site that seems quite accessible is voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/home This site is useful for asking technical questions and looks like it doesn’t need to be strictly model specific as you can just sign up and ask a question and support is on hand.

Eclipse is an open source community. Find downloads for packages, developer builds, and projects. Hey, I have an issue with my mp3. It's an Eclipse mp3, the newer version. I plugged it up to my Chromebook Laptop (which yes, is up-to-date on updates.) and it said it was charging. However, the icon 'Removable Files Detected' Didn't pop up on the Chromebook screen. I checked files, allowed to show hidden files, but it still wouldn't show.
